Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once your purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to downloadable digital content. Because digital products cannot be returned, copied, or revoked after delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Our product is clearly described as a Digital PDF Makeup Masterclass and is not a video course unless explicitly stated.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
